As a New Yorker, one of the sure fire ways to know what holiday is around the corner is to check out the bodegas. They always have copious amounts of holiday goods on the ready. Right now, it’s pumpkin mania. Outside of our neighborhood bodega there are boxes of gorgeous pumpkins, gourds and autumn flowers, it makes me so excited as this is my absolutely favorite time of year- hands down.
